Port Macquarie Stingrays Raffle – Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The raffle is conducted by Port Macquarie Stingrays Basketball Club (“the Club”).

  2. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

    • Committee members directly involved in organising the raffle are not eligible to win.

  3. Entry

    • Tickets are available for purchase through authorised club representatives or approved online platforms.

    • Each ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the draw.

    • Entries close at the date and time specified on the raffle promotional materials.

  4. Draw and Prizes

    • The draw will take place on the date and location stated in the raffle announcement.

    • Winners will be selected at random.

    • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • The Club reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  5. Notification of Winners

    • Winners will be notified by phone, email, or social media within 7 days of the draw.

    • Results may also be published on the Club’s official website and social media pages.

  6. Unclaimed Prizes

    • If a prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, the Club reserves the right to conduct a redraw or allocate the prize at its discretion.

  7. Liability

    • The Club accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

    • The Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the raffle or accepting a prize.

  8. Privacy

    • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and contacting winners.

    • Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
